LOT 31 Prospect Place, Acacia Ridge
LOT 31 posed a significant challenge as it was our largest project for fabrication and erection that year. To manage the scale of the project effectively, we strategically divided it into two distinct buildings. This decision clarified the project's progress and facilitated a streamlined process both in our workshop and one site. It also allowed us to control steel deliveries, preventing exposure to adverse weather and ensuring the best quality product for our client.
